We had a friend in my wife's legal firm that moved to San Diego and was one of the attorney's on the BIG tobacco settlement. Her payback on that deal was probably about 7 million dollars. That is why I say CALLING ALL CLASS ACTION LAWYERS. We may have disdain for the trial lawyers, but they can really team up when they smell BIG money!
